Novelty virus

For a novelty virus is there only one treatment, and what are the Side Effects? How long  does the protection of the vacation last,how long does natural immunity last,if I take the vacation  and get gravely injured can I sue. On till these question are answered I will take the watch and Pray, the look and see approach.
